On [REDACTED] at approximately 1020 [REDACTED] City Carrier for West Covina PO was carrying [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] when the following occurred: I approached [REDACTED] S [REDACTED] residence 's front porch to deliver a package when I stepped on a pothole in the front lawn that I did not see. My right foot sunk in causing me to lose my balance. I got back up and continued to deliver my mail. I did not feel pain at that moment from the incident. At approximately [REDACTED]. I was delivering on the next street on [REDACTED] i began feeling sharp pain on my left knee every time I use any stairs or any steps while delivering mail. I notified West Covina PO Postmaster about the incident that occrued and the pain I was experienced at approximately 1145 [REDACTED]. I did not medical attention at the time and continue delivering the route.
