[REDACTED] was loading parcels into [REDACTED] on the dock in the morning. Hurt his upper left back thinking he pulled a muscle. left to deliver to work through it but continued to bother him more and more as the day went on. At [REDACTED] it got extensively worse with shortness of breath very sharp pains and simple arm movements were difficult. [REDACTED] came back to the annex and went to urgent care.
