What happened
Carrier was returning back to the Post Office from his route and driving down [REDACTED] at 35 miles a hour with his seat belt on in the right lane. He turned his signal on to move to the left lane to turn left. When a car came from behind and cut him off and slammed into the side- and front-wheel hub putting him into the curb. The young lady that was driving the car did not have a license nor insurance. The Postal vehicle had to be towed back to the office from damage to the wheel hub and was leaking brake fluid. The carrier went to Urgent Care and was put out on restriction of no driving bending turning until he is seen again on the [REDACTED] for a neck injury follow up.
