What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] city carrier was delivering a 2 hour bump on [REDACTED] from his bicycle. When carrier turned into the driveway on his bike at [REDACTED] two dogs came at him one nipping onto his left arm causing a minor bite mark and break in the skin. Carrier was reaching for his dog spray as the dog bit his left forearm. The owner came from the back yard and got the two loose dogs back inside.
