On [REDACTED] the supervisor got a phone call from the carrier stating that he needed to file a claim due to a right shoulder rotator cuff injury he sustained on [REDACTED]. After discussion he claimed the rotator cuff injury was from wear and tear from 36 years of mail carrying repetition. Carrier was given a ca-2 on [REDACTED] and was returned to the supervisor on [REDACTED].
