On [REDACTED] IJSupervisor Customer Service was working at [REDACTED] Main Branch supervising distribution function 4. When I arrived at the station at [REDACTED] I gathered the employees to give the expectations for the day. I tolds and that the instructions were to distribute all the mail packages and if necessary work up to 10 hours. complain that they do not want to do overtime since they tell me that their colleague is not working correctly and that she never meets the expectations that they do not want to burden another employee with. I began to make observations and realized that was scanning 1 package per minute and several times 1 single package in more than 1 minute and a half. I take her aside and tell her about the expectations and that her production is poor since 1 package per minute was unacceptable.
