What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] on her regular workday employee was moving a GPMC general purpose mail container to dispatch the mail. She reached up and tapped the gate to ensure that the gate was secure however once she started to move the GMPC the gate came loose and struck on the left side of her head near her temple. She went ahead and moved the mail however she started to feel pain and have blurred vision so she stopped and went to the MDO who sent me to SDO.
