Mr.was assigned to [REDACTED] in LIC Main Office vehicle number [REDACTED] he was legally park at [REDACTED] and sitting in vehicle with engine off. There was a POV which was a Box truck noising into a spot in front of our vehicle. When the driver of the box truck came into contact with the Postal Vehicle our vehicle has scratches to the driver front bumper. No injuries.
