I 'm writing this statement cause [REDACTED] between [REDACTED] I fell on the front stairs entrance of [REDACTED]. What happen was a customer yell out and quickly ran towards which got me distracted. Where I took a wrong step and fell on my Back. The impact on my back wasn 't so bad because I tried to save myself using both of my hands while I was falling back. The impact on my left hand was so had it hurt some my fingers. That are swollen now. I didn 't request any medical attention for [REDACTED] cause I want to see if it gets worst [REDACTED]. Also when I fell I contacted one of the supervisors right away
