What happened
On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED]. I was throwing parcels in zone 90808. A parcel fell out of my hand and onto the floor. As I was stepping to bend down onto my right knee to pick up the parcel my knee locked. I tried to reach out for something to catch my fall and ended up falling onto the hand truck. I started screaming everyone rushed to see what happened and to help me as I’m lying on the floor. No one was around me to see what happened.
