What happened
On [REDACTED] employee went home early stating that her wrist was in pain. On [REDACTED] employee returns to work with a doctor 's note saying return to work date on [REDACTED]. Employee Report reads as follows. On [REDACTED] I was pulling mail down the mail out the dumpers from BMC 's and Gaylords constantly. At [REDACTED] when we took our break I noticed that my wrist was swollen and was hurting. When coming back from break I told you I wanted to go home because my wrist was hurting. You said i could leave. I went home and tried to ice my wrist to see if it would feel better. After about a hour I decide that I was going to go to the ER because it was still swollen. I asked my mom to drive me to the ER.
