On [REDACTED] Full time carrier came back to the office at approx [REDACTED] and stated that [REDACTED] while loading his truck he dropped a package on his left foot. Carrier states he thought nothing of it and continued his day. When he came back to the office he stated that the pain had worsened throughout the day and was having a hard time walking. Carrier is now seeking medical attention.
