On [REDACTED] City [REDACTED] sent a text stating she needed to pick up a duty status report because she felt pain and her body was in distress while she was on [REDACTED] about to finish. As carrier was walking she felt a stabbing pain in her foot. [REDACTED] stated she informed the pm supervisor when pain occurred but Management does not recall incident. Management have been trying to contact carrier to get more information about incident but have been unsuccessful.
