Employee reported being attacked by someone on her way to work. She lives at [REDACTED] and stopped at a Cumberland Farms that was on her way to work and was assaulted by a stranger. She was grabbed hit bit and had 2 of her fingers bent. Assailant was saying Give it to me Give it to me while attacking her but was chased off by passer by 's. Employee went to ER after assault. Employee reported to work on [REDACTED] and wanted to work. Union instructed her to file an eCOMP and insisted she go to the walk-in even though she did not want to and had already been treated at the ER. They eventually convinced her to and now employee is out of work.
