What happened
While delivering packages I experienced a sudden and sharp pain in the upper left side of my chest while lifting heavy packages from the back of the mail truck. Despite the discomfort I continued with my deliveries. However the pain intensified as I moved more packages and was accompanied by dizziness and shortness of breath. Realizing the seriousness of my condition I made the decision to return to the annex. Upon my return I immediately informed my supervisor [REDACTED] about my symptoms. Recognizing the potential severity of the situation she promptly directed me to seek medical attention at [REDACTED] emergency room. I was driven to the er by another supervisor [REDACTED].
