On [REDACTED] about [REDACTED] City Carriercontacted Aurora Post Office and stated she had fallen at [REDACTED] and injured her back. By the time Supervisor was able to arrive at the location employee had contacted emergency services and was already being treated in an ambulance. A statement from employee was unable to be obtained at this time for this reason. Photos were taken as best as possible from the general location employee stated she fell.
