What happened
FORMTEXT inform me that he was driving tow motor from [REDACTED] to the [REDACTED] when he came through the doors entering the city dock area when his wheel of the tow motor hit a drainage cover. The drain cover is lower then the cement dock. The sudden bump slammed his body from feet all the way to the neck and numbness on right side of his arm. Employee reported accident immediately. At this time employee didn 't wish to seek medical treatment. [REDACTED] was called and he will repair drain cover on city dock.
