She later approached the [REDACTED] requesting to have a conversation.

Employee reported to work as normal on [REDACTED]. Upon her arrival Supervisor informed her she was late and would require her to sign 3971 to account for her absences. On various occasions she was noted not being in her work location. She was paged over the intercom and after failed attempts Postmaster went to look for her and was located in the women 's restroom on the phone. Employee informed postmaster her stomach hurt and the postmaster left the restroom area. She later approached the postmaster requesting to have a conversation. During the course of the conversation she informed her that she was stressed out because supervisor was accounting for absences [REDACTED]. Employee is stating she is stressed out due to work issues and management holding employees accountable for their attendance.
