The main metal safety was put in place but it seemed loose. she went to move the safety in place it was stuck up and pushed it down the shelf slipped and came down and fell with full force on the top of her head. She is saying she has a headache feeling shakey and has a bump on her head with blurred vision and is seeking medical attention.
