Employee reported at [REDACTED] the morning of [REDACTED] when employee was working on the SDUS Machine morning of [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Employee was lifting up the parcels from a Pallet and putting them onto the machine belt or placing them on the nutty truck. Employee stated was lifting with knees and back was straight. Employee has not sought medical yet is leaving early from this. Will see personal doctor in morning of [REDACTED]. Employee did feel bad the morning of [REDACTED] but thought it would just go away but when getting up for work for [REDACTED] employee thought they could shake it off and continue working. Sharp Pain is in the back area.
