What happened
Mail [REDACTED] was accused of injuring Logistic Supervisor. [REDACTED] was in the process of loading a RPDC trailer when the accident occurred. He was on a double pallet jack when he was loading three APCs onto the trailer. [REDACTED] stopped at the entrance of the trailer and got off pallet jack to scan the SDOs badge and scan the placards on the three APCs ' [REDACTED] Placards. He returned to the pallet jack and to continue the loading process however when began to drive into the trailer he heard Logistic Supervisor say Oh Sh t he immediately stopped and realize Logistic Supervisor was on the ground. He stated that he did not see her due to her walking in front of the APCs while he was loading.
