Employee filed CA-1 using eCOMP. Employee while walking to his vehicle after End of Tour fell down on the employee parking lot. Employee claimed sleeve paper and or leaves on the ground cause him to fall down. Employee walked into his vehicle and drove it home. Employee 's neighbor took him to the hospital. Employee said ankle and leg broke which will required surgery. Employee also said he might be in rehab for weeks and on scratches.
