On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] i was delivering mail to [REDACTED] as i was putting mail in the boxes the front door fell on my head and left foot. I hit my right knee on the metal chair and as i moved the door it hit me on my lower right side of my back. I called the office phone twice no answer so i called my union [REDACTED].
