What happened

[REDACTED] stated that she pulled up to deliver parcels at [REDACTED]. She got out to remove large boxes from rear of vehicle after delivering the mail and grabbed the 3 boxes from the back and delivered them to the front door upon returning to the back of vehicle she found the spr she was missing in a hod in the back of the vehicle she stated she reached out and pulled the hod and as she pulled the spr out she stated her arm felt funny then when she placed the package into the mailbox she heard her shoulder pop. She then said she felt tingling numbness down her left arm and hand.
