[REDACTED] arrived at the scene [REDACTED] police were on site and truck was not blocking the road or homes. Carrier stated she was unharmed and did not need medical attention. Shes signed a declination of medical attention. She remained on the scene with [REDACTED] and the police waiting for the tow truck I returned to the office to finish with the remaining amazon carriers.
