What happened
Mail handler was unloading truck by herself pulling out APC 's full of letter trays off the truck that was 100 percent full. The APC 's have to be pulled out first to have room to spin them around to hook onto a power jack that can pull 3 APC 's at a time. On [REDACTED] she felt radiating pain on her neck and down her back. The accident was not reported timely by the employee so a proper investigation was not done. The employee usually wears the proper footwear and there were other people working that could have assisted with the heavy APC 's. employee never asked for any assistance.
