On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] CCA reported she was walking up the path to deliver a package to a resident located at [REDACTED] and fell to the ground twisting her left leg injuring her left ankle hip and knee. When carrier returned to the Post Office she did not inform Management of the incident. On [REDACTED] carrier went to seek medical attention at Houston Methodist. Management went to the scene located at [REDACTED] where carrier tripped and fell. The surface is uneven concrete in the dark or at night it 's very easy for someone to trip or fall because of the uneven concrete.
