What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Mail [REDACTED] 1 was picking a pallet from the platform. They were passing near where [REDACTED] was hooking up post-cons from the [REDACTED] staging area. Mail [REDACTED] 1 did not see [REDACTED] at first but noticed his PIV parked there. As they passed Mail handler 2 suddenly appeared and was struck by the PIV. [REDACTED] 's left leg was pinned between the PIV and a post-con. [REDACTED] requested medical treatment and is filing claim.
