What happened
I was unloading the customer package chute. I picked up a package towards the bottom of the hamper as I picked it up to transfer it to another hamper I felt a terrible strain pain at the area under of my chest and above my stomach it was sore for a few [REDACTED]s a large lump appeared in the same area. I informed my O.I.C. that I hurt myself when she called the office that [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. I held a safety talk with the employees to tell them what happened to me.
