What happened
Employee was working on the dock assisting group leaders with loading and unloading trucks. Employee was facing the wall opposite dock door 25 putting lids on gaylords of mail when she felt an impact on her left side of her leg and something run over her right foot. The employee fell on to the floor on to her right arm. Forklift operator was backing up when group leader asked the forklift operator to stop so she can walk past which he did. As the Forklift operator continued to back up after what he though was clear he struck employee on her left side and right foot causing her to fall.
