What happened
On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] employee was out loading her vehicle with parcels from hamper. When she got to the bottom of the hamper reaching for the spurs she turned my body to reach them then the right side of her ribs back felt a pop. She took a deep breath and walked back into office and looked for supervisor. Employee told supervisor and went back outside to vehicle amp; hamper. as she was explaining to him and showing him what she was doing the same area on her body had a sharp pinch again. She left my parcels there and was told to go to Concentra.
