City Carrier Assistant [REDACTED] called MPOO [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] informing her of accident. Function 4 Supervisor at the Pasco S&DC Post Office [REDACTED] received the emergency call from MPOO [REDACTED] to go investigate and arrived on the scene shortly thereafter. Supervisor [REDACTED] asked CCA [REDACTED] if she needed to seek medical treatment at the time to which they replied Yes.. Supervisor [REDACTED] immediately drove CCA to KADLEC medical facility at [REDACTED].
