What happened
I was finishing up a gaylord full of priority mail. Once the gaylord was to empty to reach inside the bottom we took off the top of the cardboard box. There were parcels at the bottom of the pallet. We picked up the pallet to dump the remaining parcels into a full gaylord. That is when the pallet dropped to the floor hitting my left foot.
