I fell forward into the concrete steps hitting my jaw left wrist and left upper leg on the concrete. I notified my supervisor and another carrier was dispatched to finish my route. Currently I am experiencing pain in my wrist joint jaw and neck left thigh and knee and have an abrasion on my left palm. if pain continues or fails to improve I will seek medical attention [REDACTED].
