What happened
Employee filed [REDACTED] in Ecomp stating while unloading truck driver pull pallet jack to rear of truck I turned and pull pallet jack and stepped on the forks of another pallet jack that had somehow got behind me I think the trunk driver may have also pushed on box. I fell so fast not sure exactly what happened. Have to ask Safety person [REDACTED] to have the POSTAL INSPECTORS to look at video of dock to see what happened.
