What happened
City Carrier drove up the driveway of [REDACTED] to deliver a parcel. Carrier claims that they were about to dismount but their foot slipped off the brake and hit the accelerator LLV #0215817. The vehicle travelled about 50 feet from a brake mark in the lawn of [REDACTED] to where the truck came to rest through the wooden fence separating [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] and then was steered right to avoid the neighbor 's house breaking through a chain link fence and landing nose-down in the driveway of [REDACTED]. When it came to rest the back wheels of the LLV were stuck on the retaining wall the chain link fence was in front of.
