What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I was picking up outgoing mail at which is Edward Jones Insurance Agency. I was told they had [REDACTED] cards in there. There were two tubs full of large envelope that were actually calendars. It was much heavier than I anticipated and when I bent over to pick them up my left shoulder popped and my upper back started having spasms. I worked on [REDACTED] and got parcel assistance and let the supervisor know why. I woke up in the middle of the night on [REDACTED] with my forearm and hand numb and tingling and burning. It continued off and on all day and into the night. I could not feel my fingers at all on [REDACTED]. I went to the doctor on [REDACTED] and they said I had strained my left shoulder and neck. They said I could not lift more than 20 pounds and reaching with my left shoulder.
