lifting trays

On [REDACTED] I injured myself while working in the bullpen. As I was doing my normal routine when I went to lift two trays that was in the lane when I started to feel discomfort in my groin area on the left side. I put down the trays and went to look for management. For about 10 minutes I did not see any of my supervisors to report to them what happened so I clocked myself out and went to the ER. As I was there the RN checked me out and said that I had a hernia on the left side of my groin area. That [REDACTED] before my injury I was in the back platform and while I was lifting I felt a sharp pain in that same area not knowing what it was. I spoke with [REDACTED] and told her it felt like I pulled a muscle in that same area and as time went on it went away so it possible that it was already starting then but finally happen on that [REDACTED] when the hernia popped out. I came in the [REDACTED] and reported it to when I showed up for work and she stated that T3 need to do my accident r
