Scanning placards There was a chest high cardboard box loaded onto a pallet with plastic hat caps on the top corners that were misaligned and crushing the box. When attempting to remove one of the caps - it suddenly loosened causing me to fall from standing position Pain to back of head and neck. Pain swelling to right hand wrist. Pain to right hip and thigh.
