Carrier transferred from [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. She had only worked on the route for a FEW hours before claiming to hurt her shoulder. She called out on [REDACTED]. That was my first hearing of it. She texted that she pulled something in her shoulder the [REDACTED] she WORKED IN [REDACTED] and it didn 't bother her again until the first day in my office as she was finishing the route.
