What happened
Employee notified supervisor on [REDACTED] that his foot was hurting and he was going to seek medical attention. Before he went to the route he was issued a Letter of Warning for his attendance. He called supervisor and could not give a specific place or time just that his foot was hurting. He finished his route and went to the Doctor. The Doctor who saw him gave him no restrictions and released him that same day. He also sent messages to supervisior apologizing for his behavior that suggested he made it up. Then on [REDACTED]- He was instructed to take a tail end due to carriers being forced and then he told the supervisor If I have to take extra I 'm going home. I informed him everyone was forced and he then left. Then filed an ECOMP
