On [REDACTED] Rural Carrier initiated ecomp transaction in regards to an accident that occurred on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] Employee informed management that she tripped and fell the day before in the [REDACTED] area of parcel distribution at [REDACTED]. When asked why she did not report it immediately carrier stated that she didn 't think much of it but the way her knee feels - there is something wrong. Carrier provided a statement on [REDACTED] which also stated that she is not asking for medical attention right now but should it continue to hurt she will have to get it checked out.
