What happened

Letter [REDACTED] was attempting to deliver a picot of his assigned foot route as the carrier was walking on sidewalk he came across a wet patch with what he alleges to have been slippery green mold to avoid he stepped into the street to walk around steeping into a drainage ditch. Since it was raining that day the drainage ditch was covered in leaves as he stepped on the drain he fell through causing an abrasion that broke the skin.
