What happened
On [REDACTED] while on his route carrier was delivering mail at [REDACTED] when customer approached him with two dogs. asked the customer to put his dogs in the house and customer refused. An argument ignited and the customer released his dog on the carrier. Mr. [REDACTED] maced the dog. customer became upset and released the 2nd dog. Carrier fled to the fieldhouse dropping his scanner and mail. The chicago Police and the Postal Inspectors were contacted. Carrier was not injured.
