What happened
Employee states she was walking down the wooden ramp at [REDACTED]. It is a corner house so I usually hop over the flower bed and walk down the ramp to continue onto the next house. It was raining but it wasn 't heavy. On the way down the ramp I slipped and fell towards the end of the ramp and landed on my right shoulder.
