On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called the late supervisor phone informing closing supervisor that he had just slipped and fell on some ice on the way to deliver the mail to the mailbox at [REDACTED]. The resident saw this occur and checked out the situation. Asked [REDACTED] if he was ok. [REDACTED] said he was alright just a little sore. Supervisor took some pictures at the scene then ok [REDACTED] to return to the Post Office so he could write his statement. [REDACTED] stated they fell on their left side.
