On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] FTR Carrier was in the vestibule of [REDACTED] delivering mail when an unknown individual entered the space brandished a firearm and demanded Carrier Postal keys. The Carrier handed over the keys and the individual ordered her to place her hands against the wall and count to 20. He then ran outside got in a red automobile which then drove away. The Carrier described the individual as a young light-skinned Black male wearing all black including a full ski mask which covered his face although the Carrier was able to see his eyes and skin complexion. Carrier [REDACTED] called the station to report the incident as well as NYPD and the Postal Police who all responded to the location. Acting Supervisors [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] responded to the scene as well and waited with the employee until NYPD and the Postal Police arrived. Station Manager [REDACTED] also went to the location. NYPD Police interviewed Carrier [REDACTED] at length and she related all
