At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] Supervisor received a call from Carrier city [REDACTED] stating she tripped on curb and rolled her ankle and hit her elbow and was in alot of pain couldn 't get her self off the ground. [REDACTED] she called sup back stating she got her self up at this time sup notified me while i was out of building and i headed to the carrier at spot accident occurred at [REDACTED] as i arrived in a lot of pain she explained to me exactly what happened. Carrier states she finished delivering mail at cluster of mail boxes on High [REDACTED] going to reload parcels for next part of route tripped on un even payment twisted Left Ankle and hit right elbow on the ground. At first unable to get up eventually was able to get off ground. Ankle is very swollen she states sharp burning pain. While we waited for relief carrier carrier filled out E comp on phone she was able to drive her self back to office she is now on way to get an x-ray. She will give me updated papers when she ret
