Carrier went around the back of the [REDACTED] to rearrange the cargo area and organize the parcels and trays for the remainder of the route. While rearranging the cargo area carrier felt a pressure in his lower abdomen. Carrier finished the route and informed the closing supervisor of the incident upon returning to the office.
