What happened
As per another Employee on [REDACTED]: About [REDACTED] [REDACTED] told me he was have a pain in his abdomen and was tring to walk it off and drink water to stay hydrated. He was not sure what was going on. At about [REDACTED] he came in to the office and told me that at around [REDACTED] he was lifting a hood on AFCS 10 and felt a pain in his abdomen area. He wasn’t sure why because the hood was not heavy or anything. He did not ask for medical and wanted us to know about it.
